US: Organic Food Healthy, But Its Potential is Limited

World Food Day activities focused on organic production but this has its limits. While undeniably more healthly, experts also recognize that given cost restraints -organic food in the U.S. is up to three times more expensive- it is not an alternative for society as a whole.
