Thanksgiving is almost here, but some people never learned how to prepare a turkey. No need to worry, now you can just trust a fast food joint to handle the bird for you!
Popeyes has found a way to monopolize on Thanksgiving. Don’t know how to prepare the traditional turkey for your family? Well why bother reading a cookbook, asking a friend or family member, or even calling Butterball’s turkey hotline? Instead just head to your local Popeyes (yeah, that fried chicken place) and hand over $40 for your very own fast food prepared whole Cajun style turkey. Apparently some Popeyes will be offering turkeys all the way through Christmas so now your laziness can ruin 2 holidays.
But Popeyes isn’t the only fast food restaurant getting on the Thanksgiving train! White Castle will be offering a variety of turkey sliders with Thanksgiving-y fixins like cranberry sauce and sweet potato fries. It looks like somebody is trying to encourage a Harold and Kumar Thanksgiving movie to happen. I’d watch that, but I still wouldn’t eat the turkey sliders!
