- In a round bottom pan heat some water.
- Put the tomatoes in hot water for 10 minutes.
- Once the tomatoes are cooked take them out on a plate.
- Pour cold water on the tomatoes.
- Peel off the skin and grind the tomatoes.
- Pass the tomato mixture through a strainer.
- Tomato Puree is ready to be used.
