Ingredients
1 Cup of Soya Chunks
Whole Spices
1 Tbsp of Cumin Seeds
1 Sliced Onion
1 Tbsp of Grated Ginger
1 Slit Green Chilly
1 Tomato Finely Chopped
1/2 Cup of French Beans
1 Chopped Carrot
1 Cup of Soaked Rice
1/2 tsp of Garam Masala Powder
1/4 tsp of Red Chilly Powder
1/2 tsp of Coriander and Cumin seeds Powder
Salt to Taste
2 Tbsp of Yogurt
Method
-Take some Hot Water in a bowl and add salt. Take 1 Cup of Soya Chunks and Soak it in the hot water for 15 minutes.
-In a cooker heat 1 and 1/2 Tbsp of Oil and add whole spices.( Bay Leaf, Cinamon sticks, Cloves and Cardamom )
-Add 1 Tbsp of Cumin seeds and one sliced Onion. Once the onion changes its colour add one Tbsp of grated Ginger, one slit green chilly, One tomato deseeded and finely chopped, half a cup of chopped French Beans, one chopped Carrot.
-Add 1 cup of Soaked rice and 1/2 tsp of Garam Masala, 1/4 tsp of red Chilly powder, 1/2 tsp of coriander seeds and Cumin seeds powder, Salt to taste. Mix it well
-Add 2 Tbsp of Yougurt and mix it. Now add soaked Soya Chunks.
-Add Coriander leaves and add 2 cups of water. Cover it and cook for 15 minutes.
-Delicious Soya Pulao is ready to serve.
