Ingredients
1.5 cup of soya granules
3 boiled potatoes,
1 chopped onion
2-3 chopped green chillies
1 tbsp of chopped ginger
2-3 tbsp of bread crumbs
few coriander leaves
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp garam masala
juice of lemon

Method
- Soak soya granules in water for 10-15 minutes and then drain out the excess water.
- In a bowl add soya granules, boiled potatoes, chopped onion, chopped green chillies, chopped ginger, bread crumbs, coriander leaves, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala and juice of lemon.
- Mix all the ingredients properly.
- Make cutlet shape of the mixture.
- Fry the cutlets in a pan of heated oil.
- Fry them until they turn brown in color.
- Soya Cutlets are ready to be served.
