Ingredients:-
1 litre Full Cream Milk
½ Cup Rice Soaked in 3 tbsp. water for 2 hours
¾ cup Sugar
Saffron
Cardamom Powder
Mango Pulp of 1½ Mangoes
Almonds
Pistachios
Rose Water (Optional)

Method:-
1. In a saucepan heat milk.
2. In a mixer/grinder grind the soaked rice coarsely.
3. Add the ground rice to the milk once it starts boiling stirring continuously on low flame till the milk thickens.
4. Now add sugar, saffron, cardamom powder, mango pulp and turn the flame off.
5. Then add almonds, pistachios and rose water.
6. Keep in the refrigerator to set for 3 hours.
