Learn how to make Delicious and Flavorful Chinese Recipe 'Mushroom Fried rice' with our chef Archana Arte.

Ingredients:
(Serves 4)
- 4-5 tbsp Oil
- 1/4 cup Garlic(chopped)
- 4-5 Green Chillies(slit)
- 5-6 Spring Onions(chopped)
- 1 Tomato(chopped)
- 1 Capsicum(chopped)
- 1/2 cup Spring Onion Leaves(chopped)
- Salt
- 1 tsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Chilli Sauce
- 200 gms Mushroom(chopped)
- 250 gms Rice(cooked)

Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan, and add chopped garlic, slit green chillies, chopped spring onions, chopped tomato, chopped capsicum and mix it
2. Now, add chopped spring onion leaves, salt, soy sauce, chilli sauce and mix it over a high flame
3. Add chopped mushroom; mix it and cover it with its lid for around 5 minutes
4. After this, add cooked rice to the pan; mix it and serve it hot.
