Yes, the confrontation Phillip had with Steve remains his signature moment from his first season. Phillip's gonna be a part of a later entry too, in a pivotal way, but it's not his entry per say.
But yeah, this is absolutely one of the most memorable moments this 10-season, 5-year span of the show had. Watching it now, 6 years later, despite its touchy subject matter, things actually went surprising un-violently, and Jeff was great at providing a neutral but progressive perspective in the midst of the heated emotion. The tribal council following the confrontation at the camp might actually be my favorite Jeff Probst-moment of all time.
