How to Make a Mai Tai Cocktail
The Mai Tai is one of the most well known cocktails from the "Tiki" era... Or is it? Chances are good that if you've ever had a Mai Tai, you haven't had it the way Victor "Trader Vic" Bergeron intended it.

Recipe:
1 oz light rum
1 oz gold rum
1/2 oz orange curaçao
1/2 oz orgeat syrup
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz dark rum (float)
Instructions:
Build in glass.
Shake with ice.
Pour back into glass without straining.
Garnish with a pineapple chunk, cherry and mint sprig.
