Ingredients For Coriander Chutney with DRY RED CHILLIES :
1 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Split chickpeas
1 tbsp Coriander Seeds
5-6 Dry Red Chillies
1 tbsp Tamarind (Soaked)
salt to taste
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
2 cups coriander leaves
Water
1 tbsp grated jaggery
Method :
1. In a pan, add oil and heat it. Once Oil is hot enough, add Split chickpeas, Coriander Seeds, Dry Red Chillies and roast it well.
2. Once it is roasted well, switch off the stove.
3. In a mixie jar, add soaked Tamarind, salt to taste, Turmeric Powder, tempering mixture and grind it.
4. Next, add Coriander leaves and grind it, after some time add water and grind it into a smooth paste.
5. Add the jaggery and grind it for another 2 minutes.
Coriander chutney is with Dry Red Chillies ready now!!
Serve it with Rice.

1 tbsp Tamarind (Soaked)
5-6 Green Chillies
salt to taste
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
Water
Method :
1. In a mixie jar, add soaked Tamarind, Green Chillies, salt to taste, Turmeric Powder and grind it. After some time add Some Water and grind it.
2. Next, add coriander leaves and add required water and grind it into a smooth paste.
Coriander chutney is with Green Chillies ready now !!
Serve it with idlis or dosa or Chapathi.
