Ginger Paste 1 Onion, sliced 1 Tomato, finely chopped (optional) 1 cup Green Peas ¾ cup Rice, soaked for 30 minutes Salt, to taste 1½ cup Water Coriander Leaves Method:- 1. In a pan melt ghee and add cumin seeds, bay leaf, cloves, cinnamon, cardamoms, green chilli, ginger paste, onion and saute for 2-3 minutes. 2. Add tomato, green peas, rice, salt, water and stir. 3.
