Fruitcake is a cake made with chopped dried fruit, nuts, and spices. It is a heavy, dense cakes that have a relatively low flour content.\r

Ingredients:\r
All purpose flour 1 Cup\r
Baking powder 1 Teaspoons\r
Baking soda 1 Pinch\r
Butter 1/2 Cup\r
Powdered sugar 1/2 Cup\r
Egg 2 Numbers\r
Vanilla essence 1 Tablespoons\r
Mixed dry fruits 1/4 Cup\r
Red and green tutti frutti 1 Tablespoons\r

Directions:\r
1. Take a seiver and add all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda and sieve into a plate. \r

2. Take a bowl and add butter, powdered sugar whisk it. \r
\r
3. Add egg one by one with beating in one direction later add vanilla essence and mix it. \r
\r
4.In a small bowl add mixed dry fruits, red and green tutti frutti, little all purpose flour and mix it. \r
\r
5. To egg mixture bowl add all purpose flour mixture and mix it in one direction and add half of mixed dry fruits along with tutti fruit mixture and mix it. \r
\r
6. Add milk and mix it and transfer into butter paper placed mould. \r
\r
7. Pre heat oven at 180 degree and bake it for 30 mins. 8. Now demould and cut fruit cake and serve it.
