सूजी और बेसन से बनाये चटपटा नाश्ता चाहे सफर में ले जाना हो या चाय के साथ खाना /Gujrati Handavo /Breakfast Recipe
Ingrediants
1. Suji /Rava /Semolina -3/4cup
2. Besan /Chickpeas flour -1/2cup
3. Curd -1/2cup
4. Water -1/2cup
5. Ajwain /Carom seeds -1/2ts
6. Haldi /Turmeric -1/4ts
7. Red chilli powder -1/2ts
8. Dhaniya powder /Corriander powder -1ts
9. Jeera powder /Cumin powder -1/2ts
10. Ginger peast -1ts
11. Green chili -1
12. Salt to taste
13. Corriander -2tb
14. Grated Carrot -1
15. Capsicum -1
16. Roasted peanut powder -2tb
17. Eno /Fruit salt -3/4ts
18. Oil -1tb+2tb
19. Rai /Mustard seeds -1/2ts+1ts
20. Jeera /Cumin -1ts+1ts
21. Til /White Sesame til -1tb+1tb
22. Curryleaf -10/12

Method...
1. Take a bowl add Suji / Rava , Besan, wisk Curd and mix then add 1/4cup water and again mix it well.. then add Ajwain, Haldi, Red chili powder, Dhaniya powder, Jeera powder, Ginger peast, Green chili, Salt to taste and mix it.. add Corriander, Carrot, Capsicum, Roasted Peanut powder and mix it.. add 1/4cup water and mix it nicely... look like a semi thick batter. keep side for 10 min. then add Eno and again mix it one direction..
2.In a Pan add Oil, Rai, Jeera, white Til, Curryleave mix it….Spread it evenly….pour mixture ..fill only haly of the pan…spread it evenly…cover 10-12 min…after 12 min. remove in a plate again greese with oil the same pan…and this time cook opposite side of it…for 10-12min.After 12min. remove from pan
3. Make a Tadka-In a tadka pan add Oil, Rai, Jeera, white Til, Curryleave mix it.. and this tadka pour over the batter..
4. For bake Take a kadhai add 11/2cup Salt , keep stand and cover and prehaet the kadhai... then keep plate and mould cover and bake in low flame for 30min..
5. Our Gujrati breakfast…Handavo is ready to serve.
