Ingredients:
3/4 cup Milk
1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 cup All-Purpose Flour
Salt
1/4 tsp Baking powder
1/8 tsp Baking soda
1 tbsp Caster Sugar
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tbsp Oil
Butter for greasing
Method of preparation:
In a glass of milk add vinegar, and keep it aside to curdle.
In a bowl of all purpose flour, add salt, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, mix well.
Take the butter milk add egg, vanilla extract, oil, mix well.
Add the egg mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well.
See to it that there are no lumps formed.
Keep it aside to rest for 10 minutes.
Fill the nutella in a pipping bag.
Heat the paniyaram pan, brush it with butter.
Fill the mold half with batter, pipe the nutella into the pancake and cover it with batter.
When see bubbles on top, flip the pan cake ad let it cook on other side.
Take the pan cakes out on a plate, dust it with icing sugar and spread some nutella on it.
