INGREDIENTS

For chicken stock

Chicken 300gWater 8cup
Onion (Piyaz) 1
Garlic (Lehsan) 1tbsp
Ginger (Adrak) 1tsp
Salt (Namak) 1tsp
All spices (Garam masala) 1tbsp

For soup

Soy sauce 1 tbs
Lemon juice 1 tbs
Corn flour 4 tbs(Arrowrrot powder)
Water 1/2 cup
Chilli sauce 1/2tbsp
Tomato ketchup 2tbsp
Black pepper powder (Kali mirch)½ tsp
Mix vegetables 1cup
Egg 1

For sauce

Veniger 1/2cup(Sirka)
Green chilli 4tbsp
Salt 1/4tsp(Namak)

Red chili sauce

Veniger 1/2cup(Sirka)
Red chili 1tsp (LAL mirch)
Salt 1/4tsp(Namak)

METHOD

Pot mein chicken,pani,adrak lehsan,piyaz,namak aur garam masala dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay dein aur bech bech mein jhag ko bahir nikaltay rahein aur dhak ker approx. 20 min kliya halki ancch per paka lein.

Cooked chicken pieces ko bahir nikal lein aur stock ko bad mein use kerna kliya side per rakh dein.

Chicken ko shred ker lein aur bones ko pheek dein.

Chicken stock mein shredded chicken,mix vegetable,lemon juice,soya sauce,chili sauce,kali mirch aur ketchup dal ker 5min cook karain aur bech bech mein chamcha chalatay rahein.

Pani mein arrowrrot powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.

Thora thora ker ka dissolve arrowroot daltey jayein aur musalsal chamcha chalatay rahein.

Halki ancch per desired consistency anay tak paka lein.

Thora thora ker ka pheetay huwa anday dal dein aur musalsal chamcha chalatay rahein.
