FOR BUNS
Neem garam pani (Lukewarm water) 200ml
Cheeni (Sugar) 1 tbs
Instant yeast 1 tbs
Maida (All-purpose flour) 500-600g
Namak (Salt) 1 tsp
Doodh (Milk) 200ml
Egg 1
Oil 1/4cup
For Beef Marination
Beef 500g
Paprika powder 1 tsp
Apple cider vinegar 1tbsp
Brown sugar powdered 2 tbs
Tomato puree 1/2cup
Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
Soya sauce 1tbsp
Oil 2 tsp
Tomato ketchup 2 tbs
Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1/2 tsp
For Essmbling
Buns 8
Beef 500gm
Mayonnaise to taste
Mustard paste to taste
Pickled cucumber slices
Salad

Bowl main Neem garam pani,anda,dhood,cheeni,oil,namak,instant yeast aur maida shamil karain or soft dough tayar karein dhak ker 1hour kliya rakh dein.
Maida chirak dein aur dough ko cutter ki madad sa cut ker lein aur small smooth balls bana lein (makes 8).
Baking pan main dough ki small balls rakh dein.
Dhak dein aur 30 min kliya rakh dein.
Chotay dough balls per brush ki madad sa anda laga lein or till chirak dain.
Preheated oven mein 200 C per 15 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
Baking ka bad buns per doodh laga lein aur dhak ker 15 minutes kliya rakh dein.
For Beef Methode
Bowl mein lehsan powder,paprika powder,namak,brown sugar,kali mirch powder,tomato ketchup,sirka,soy sauce
aur beef dal ker ache say mix ker lain.
Pan Main oil dalain or halki anch per 1 hour kay liyay beef ko cook ker lain. ab beef ko shred ker lain or said per rakh dain.
