Ingredients:
200ml Whipping Cream
20gms Icing Sugar

Method:
Put your whipped cream in the bowl after chilling for 24hrs in the fridge, do make sure that your bowl is completely chilled also.
Whisk it for little till it turns into a soft paste, then add Icing sugar to the bowl now whisk on high speed until medium to stiff peaks form, about 1 minute.
Now your whipped cream is ready to use with the cake.
