Ingredients:
(Serves 3)
- 3 Green Cardamoms
- 8 Cloves
- 1 inch Cinnamon stick
- 1 Black Cardamom
- 1 tsp Black Peppercorns
- 1/2 inch Ginger(chopped)
- 3 Green Chillies
- Coriander Leaves
- Spinach Leaves
- 1 tbsp Dry mango Powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1 tbsp Coriander Seeds Powder
- Salt
- 1/2 kg Potato(boiled & peeled)
- 4 cups Water
Ingredients for Tempering:
- 3 tbsp Emami Healthy & Tasty Refined Soyabean Oil
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 3-4 Red Chillies
Method:
1. Start grinding green cardamom, cloves, cinnamon stick, black cardamom, black peppercorns first.
2. Now, add ginger, green chillies, coriander leaves, spinach leaves, dry mango powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, chaat masala, coriander seeds powder, salt into it and grind it again
3. Take boiled and peeled potato in a large bowl. Crush them lightly and add the spice paste in the potato bowl and mix them
4. After mixing, transfer the potato mix in a pan, karahi or any cooking vessel and add water into it
5. keep the flame on high and let it boil for at least half an hour
6. Now, for tempering, heat 3 tbsp Emami healthy & tasty soyabean oil in a pan and add in cumin seeds & red chillies
7. Pour it over cooked potato masala, mix it well and serve it hot
