Mutton Keema Recipe is a gravy curry recipe made with minced meat or it is usually called as mutton kheema or mutton keema. So watch & learn how to make this yummy mutton recipe only on Swaad Anusaar

Ingredients
- 2tbsp Oil
- 8-10 black pepper pods
- bay leaves
- 4 – 5 cloves
- Cinnamon
- 4-5 Cardamom
- half kg mutton
- halk kg chopped onions
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- ginger garlic paste
- 4-5 tomatoes puree
- 2 green chillies
- Red chilli powder
- Turmeric
- Coriander powder
- cumin powder
- water
- green peas
- garam masala
- coriander leaves

Method
In a pan heat some oil and add black pepper pods,bay leaves, cloves,Cinnamon, Cardamom, chopped onions, salt, ginger garlic paste, tomato puree and green chillies

Add - Red chilli powder, Turmeric, Coriander powder, cumin powder and add the minced meat and keep it stirring and add some water and let it cook for 15 minutes

In boiling water add green peas and salt and boil it

Add the boiled peas into the Keema and mix well now add garam masala & coriander leaves

Mutton Keema is ready to be served!
