Parsi Prawn Fish Curry:
Ingredients:
Pomfret (sliced) 1
Prawns ¼ kg
Ingredients ground in ½ cup vinegar:
Chopped onions 2
Grated coconut 1 cup
Kashmiri red chilies 8
Garlic 5 cloves
Mustard seeds ½ tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Other ingredients:
Dhansaak masala 1 tbsp
Tomatoes 2
Capsicum 1
Brinjal 1
Chopped coriander 3 tbsp
Green chilies 2
Jaggery ¼ cup
Curry leaves few
Salt to taste
Oil 3 tbsp

Method:
Heat oil, add curry leaves, ground masala and sauté well, and add in dhansaak masala, salt, tomatoes, capsicum, jaggery, fish and prawns. Do not stir the dish a lot or the fish can break. Add in a little water and let cook. Add brinjal, green chilies and coriander, serve with rice or khichri.

Rice Gulab Kheer:
Ingredients:
Short grain rice 100gm
Milk 2 liters
Sugar 2 cups
Rose essence 2 tsp
Pink color few drops
Roses to decorate
Method:
Cook rice in 2 cups water till soft. Drain if excess water remains. Put the rice to boil with milk and sugar. Keep stirring and once thick remove from fire and add in the rose essence and pink color and set in a dish, serve cold garnished with rose petals.
