Japan yet to invite S. Korea to its naval fleet review

South Korea has not yet been invited by Japan to its naval fleet review next month.
In a text message to the press, Seoul's defense ministry said it will consider attending if it's invited, but so far it hasn't been.
Japan holds a fleet review every three or four years and invites its neighbors and allies.
Seoul sent ships to the last one four years ago.
At the review in October, the U.S., the UK and China will be taking part.
The Japanese daily Yomiuri Shimbun reported today, citing Japanese government officials, that Tokyo officially decided not to invite Seoul to the event because of their radar dispute late last year.
