Bs. As .: Funeral of photographer Julio Cesar Fumarola in the Chacarita cemetery. General views of the funeral service where numerous people attend and their remains are deposited in a vault. Close-ups of a man giving a speech to the many people in the cemetery. First a group of men escorting the coffin to the vault. (Without sound)
Reference: Luis Guagnini, Héctor Oesterheld, Marcelo Gelman, Enrique Raab, Helado Marucco, Edgardo Sajon, Ignacio Iconicoff, Maria Bedoyan and Héctor De Marchi, are just some of the more than one hundred fellow journalists missing. It should be remembered that the death squads (Triple A) created by José López Rega, precursors of the "task forces" of the military dictatorship, had murdered in July 1974 the photographer Julio Cesar Fumarola - leader of the then Association of Journalists , whose body, with 60 bullet holes, appeared in the forests of Ezeiza, very close to the popular pools, the Ministry of Social Welfare. In September of the same year and almost in the same place as Fumarola, the body of Silvio Frondizi was shot, which like Fumarola had been kidnapped hours earlier.
