The RRC Premier built by Platinum Cottages is a very popular tiny home floorplan simply because it offers the best from what we’ve learned over the last 13 years. This version is lofted for additional storage and/or sleeping space. The staircase takes up a little bit of living space, but the living room and bedroom are still both spacious and comfortable. And you can still fit the king size bed in the bedroom. It on display here in a farmhouse style, but the floorplan is available in any style we offer from traditional to full blown cabin and everywhere in between.
