What makes a great suji Pulao/Poha? It is fluffy and not lumpy. The end product should look like wet sand with separate grains glistening with ghee. Yet, it is perfectly soft and moist, and should not feel dry when eating.
Its perfect for breakfast and also for Tiffin..this dish is not costly....so anyone can cook it in there home ...it's healthy and also very tasty..
