00:06Today, I have brought a very delicious recipe,
00:08which is Dal Chawal.
00:10It is very easy to make.
00:12Let's go to the recipe.
00:14First of all, I have taken two types of lentils.
00:16I have taken a quarter cup of moong lentils.
00:20I will mix a quarter cup of lentils in a bowl.
00:24Then we will wash it and dip it in water for a while.
00:26I have dipped the lentils in water.
00:28I will use a pressure cooker.
00:30You can also boil it in a pressure cooker.
00:32It will cook well and mash well.
00:34That's why I will use a pressure cooker.
00:36I have added four to five cups of water.
00:38After adding water, we will add salt.
00:40Add one tablespoon of salt.

04:34Add coriander and green chilies.
04:46Add 3 to 4 tbsp of clarified butter.

04:58Add 1 tbsp of cumin seeds.
