1. Plié squat w alt side heel raise, plate overhead
2. Sumo squats w plate lateral raises
3. Plate RDLs w rows, to curtsy lunges
4. Alt side lunges w plate lateral raises
5. Close stance squat w plate curls to press up
6. Alt lunge back w curl & tri ext
7. Good morning to squat then reverse
8. Sumo squat w plate rows to jump squat
9. Plate upright rows to calf raises
10. Cross body alt side V ups holding plates
