Chutneys are spicy, savory, tangy condiment that not only change the taste but also helps in soothing the stomach with its detox properties. Mint leaves play a vital role in promoting digestion, reducing inflammation and soothing the stomach. Mint Chutney is simple and delicious to Indian food – Samosas, paranthas, Dosa, Rice or Naan Bread, lentil soups or any kind of wrap.


» Ingredients:
Mint - 3 Cups
Onion - 1/2
Green Chillies - 2
Salt to taste
Dry Mango Powder/Amchur Powder - 2 Tsp
Red Chilli powder - To taste
Jaggery Powder or Sugar - 2 Tbsp
Grapes- 6- 7 (optional) *to make tangy*
