Marine department to investigate stranded ferry incident at Kuala Perlis

432 passengers were rescued early Thursday after the ferry they were traveling was stuck on a sandbar just 0.8 nautical miles from the Kuala Perlis Passenger Ferry Terminal.
The Marine Department will carry out an investigation over the incident.
