What is Self-realization (Atma-sakshatkar)? It is to know 'who am I?' Are you the name given to you? No, you are a Pure Soul.
Self-realization is to be aware of the Soul. Such a state of awareness will be a gradual development. No suffering / negativity would touch you when you are totally aware of the Soul.
