पंचामृत - Panchamrut Ingredients:-
2 tbsp Oil
¼ tsp Mustard seeds
¼ tsp Cumin seeds
12-15 Curry Leaves
⅛ tsp Asafoetida
4-5 Green Chillies (chopped)
½ tsp Ginger Garlic paste,
2 tbsp Peanuts (crushed)
½ tbsp Sesame seeds (crushed)
2 tbsp dry Coconut (grated)
½ Turmeric Powder
½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
½ tsp Garam Masala
½ tsp Coriander seeds Powder
1 cup Tamarind Pulp
Water
½ cup Jaggery
1 cup of Water
