Ayushman Bharat -National Health Protection Mission (ABNHPM) scheme in partnership with NITI Aayog is an interoperable IT platform that entails a paperless, cashless transaction has been able to resolve this to a certain point, but a lot needs to be done. Also, public sector along with the private can play a critical role in accumulating and mapping health data through various tracker which can break it down by race and ethnicity, sex, and age.
