00:00I think there is a number of ways in which the industry can help digital inclusion, right?
00:06First and foremost is just the introduction of products.
00:08I mean, Google Pay is a case in point as are many other Google products.
00:12But I think the other side of it is also recognizing that in a country as diverse as India, there
00:18is a lot of collaboration that needs to happen across different segments.
00:23So I'll take a good example with what has happened with UPI.
00:26The reason it has worked is it is not only a private company solution.
00:31It is not only a piece of legislation.
00:33It is not only a piece of an enabling digital platform from some regulator.
00:38It is all of those pieces.
00:40You have an organization like NPCI, which acts as a network.
00:44You have a regulator like RBI, who creates the enabling laws and the framework for it.
00:49You have the vision and the backing of the government to say, you know, we are going
00:54to put this front and center for all sorts of things that citizens need.
00:59And then on top of all of that, you've got private enterprise building innovative, beautiful
01:03applications.
01:04So I think that is the way that industry will really make a difference.
