Preparation of the Stuffing
1 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Ginger Paste
1 tsp Garlic Paste
3 Green Chillies (chopped)
1 cup Fenugreek Leaves (chopped)
1 cup Cashew Nuts
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Coriander Seed Powder
1 tsp Raw Mango Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
2-3 tsp Sugar
200 gms Paneer (crumbled)
4 Potatoes (boiled, peeled, mashed)
Salt (as required)
