New Northern Territory centre to replace Don Dale to open next year

More than six years since shocking images of the treatment of children in detention in the Northern Territory sparked a royal commission, the territory government says it's almost ready to close the notorious don dale youth detention centre. The government also says the centre's replacement will be underpinned by a new model of care.
