Cooking Chicken on Coal Goes Horribly Wrong

This person chose to cook chicken over coals outside because their stove was broken. They constructed a fire to obtain coal, then packed their chicken with a large number of vegetables inside a Dutch oven. Then on a thick bed of coals, they extinguished the oven. As they were drinking alcohol while cooking, they dozed off multiple times, which made it difficult for them to keep a track of time. The cooking oven was eventually removed, and before opening it, they gave it some time to cool down. The final results were as startling as they could possibly be since all of the contents inside the oven had completely burned.

00:00I am building coals
00:03Because my stove blew up the other day, and I don't have another way to cook stuff except a crock pot
00:08And I don't want to use that so I'm gonna be using a dutch oven on the fire
00:13all right, I've got my chicken and
00:16Onions carrots potatoes spices whatever a lot of garlic and it's gonna be
00:22Completely covered and stuck in the cold all right. I've got a pretty good bed of coals
00:28For a base, it's pretty deep too, and I'll be building up around it as I go slowly
00:35Sorry I'm worn out
00:37But I'm also really hungry
00:40You know you're supposed to put coals on top, but this is not an actual fire dutch oven. I'm just making do with what I have
00:48My actual fire dutch oven is in storage right now
00:53So I will try and lean up
00:56Ember logs against it I guess but otherwise the coals are just gonna roll right off the top because it doesn't have a lip
01:04I'm useful like that
01:06Hi
01:07Haven't really been timing myself because I kind of been dozing and drinking by the fire
01:12But we're several hours in
01:15Everything's looking pretty good smells really good
01:20Birds are chirping it's a nice day out here
01:26Okay, it's like seven o'clock now
01:30So or is really close anyway?
01:33Time to take this off the coals and let it cool a bit before we eat
01:37Okay, I'm gonna leave it outside the back door for a little bit so I can cool off
01:42It's considerably lighter than when it went in I really hope I didn't burn that everything
01:48Okay moment of truth. I
01:50Have not super hopeful about this. Oh my god. Oh my god
