BCSD Area 4 candidates want to center student success and parent input

The Bakersfield City School District oversees 44 elementary and middle schools in the city of Bakersfield. There are three candidates vying for the BCSD Area 4 trustee seat, Mary Poehner, Isai Jimenez, and incumbent Laura Guerrero-Salgado.
