Fines dropped for man who modified an electric unicycle used as a mobility aid

Police have dropped charges against an Adelaide man who modified his electric unicycle to use it as a mobility aid. But Arcadio Munoz has been told he can't use the device again, sparking fresh questions about whether South Australia's laws for electric vehicles are up to date.
