Global hotspots, human rights, poor nations top G7 ministers' meet

Top diplomats from Japan, the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Canada, Italy and the European Union are expected to discuss global hotspots Russia, China and North Korea, along with ways to improve human rights and democracy and issues important to poorer nations. They will
gather in the hot spring resort town of Karuizawa on Sunday, April 16, 2023, for the so-called Group of Seven foreign ministers’ meeting.
