‘PH maritime workersare reliable,’ says maritime company | Business and Politics

Mary Ann Ibuna Pastrana, chairman of Archipelago Philippine Ferries Corporation (APFC) says that she is hopeful that problems with Filipino seafarers will be resolved. She adds that maritime companies who employ Filipino seafarers see them as highly reliable.
