NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg says Ukraine's wins will make them stronger, as he meets with US Secretary of State Antony Blinken. "The more land the Ukrainians are able to liberate, the stronger their hand will be at the negotiating table and the more likely it is that President Putin will understand that he'll never win this battle," Stoltenberg says.
