00:00Good afternoon, President Zelensky, dear Vladimir, it's great to see you again and welcome to
00:07the NATO Summit.
00:10Here 32 countries have joined the declaration and today we signed another security agreement.
00:17We strengthen NATO.
00:20We are strong guys.
00:23We have strong army.
00:26And we are fighting against this tyrant, Putin.
00:31And that's why Ukraine and NATO, this is both success.
00:35In our meeting just now, you and I agreed that all of these elements, a NATO command,
00:41more funding, more military support, more security agreements and more interoperability
00:48constitute a bridge to NATO membership and a very strong package for Ukraine.
00:55Ukraine's future is in NATO.
00:58I welcome your progress on reforms and as you continue this important work, we will
01:04support you on your irreversible path to NATO membership.
01:10First of all, we appreciate the decision on air defence, five batteries for Ukraine and
01:16dozens of other systems and we expect them to be delivered as soon as possible so that
01:24as many lives as possible can be saved.
01:27So yes, we see a Russian attempt to intimidate us from providing support, but we see that
01:33it has, if anything, the opposite effect on NATO Allies, they're actually stepping up
01:38their support for Ukraine.
01:39Let me add one more thing, is that we have seen arrests across the Alliance, in the United
01:44Kingdom, in Germany, in Poland, in Baltic countries, following these hostile actions
01:51and of course there are ongoing legal processes and what NATO does is also to increase intelligence
01:58sharing to help Allies to protect against these actions.
02:04But since Russia opened a new front in Kharkiv, the front line and the board line is more
02:09or less the same.
02:10So the only way to hit military targets, missile launchers or airfields which are conducting
02:18attacks against Ukraine is to hit military targets on Russian territory because the
02:23front line and the board line is more or less the same.
02:25And therefore I welcome that Allies have reduced, loosened their restrictions and there is no
02:30doubt that Ukraine has the right to use weapons, they have received their own weapons but also
02:37weapons that have been donated by Allies to hit legitimate military targets on Russian
02:44territory.
02:45With all respect to everybody, with all respect to all the countries, in big and small countries,
02:56but we have to understand that not all the leaders, all the leaders can make negotiations.
03:04You need to have some power for this.
