FCCCII President Dr. Cecilio K. Pedro talks about his ministry in educating and bringing the gospel to hearing impaired youth. There are centers dedicated to training teachers on sign language to reach more of the deaf community. The Philippines has an estimated 800,000 deaf and mute population.
