00:11 Be prepared because the bad weather inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility is still raging.
00:19 At a distance of 695 kilometers,
00:22 the last low-pressure area of Surigao del Sur is in sight.
00:27 It is no longer within the Intertropical Convergence Zone or ITCZ,
00:32 but according to the forecast, it is expected to become a storm in the coming days.
00:38 For now, the ITCZ and Habagat are ineffective in any part of the country,
00:43 but LPA and localized thunderstorms will be raining.
00:47 Based on the data of Metro Weather,
00:49 the chance of rain in Luzon tomorrow morning is still low,
00:52 except for Palawan.
00:54 In the afternoon, it will rain almost the entire Luzon,
00:57 including some parts of the Northern Luzon and Bicol Region.
01:02 Heavy rain will also be expected in Central Luzon and Mimaropa,
01:06 so be prepared for flooding or landslides.
01:09 Here in Metro Manila, it will also rain tomorrow before noon.
01:14 More places will be raining in the afternoon and possibly continue until nightfall.
01:19 In Visayas, it will also rain in the afternoon.
01:22 The colors orange and red mean heavy to intense rains.
01:27 It is expected, especially in Antique and Iloilo Provinces,
01:31 Samar and Leyte Provinces as well.
01:34 It will also rain in some parts of Mindanao.
01:37 There will be heavy rain in Zamboanga Peninsula,
01:39 Northern Mindanao, Soc Sargen, Caraga, and Davao Region.
