00:00 Since it was bought by the world's richest man in October last year, social media app
00:05 Twitter has seen changes by the boatload. But it seems more change is on the way. The
00:10 app is reported to see its biggest rebranding yet as Elon Musk posted an image of an X logo
00:15 on Twitter's HQ. Seemingly inspired by China's WeChat, it's thought the launch of X, the
00:20 everything app, could, according to the company's chief executive, Linda Iagorino, be "the
00:25 future of unlimited interactivity with audio, video, messaging, payment/banking, all powered
00:31 by AI." Iagorino appeared to confirm the change by posting an image of the icon beamed on
00:36 the side of its headquarters in San Francisco, California. "Lights, camera, X," she wrote.
00:41 When asked what tweets would now be called, Musk said "X's." Musk launched his own
00:46 artificial intelligence startup earlier this year, dubbed X.AI, which would work with his
00:51 existing companies, including Tesla and Twitter.
