Boxing legend Oscar De La Hoya takes us through the contents of his fully stocked fridge, shares what his current diet looks like and reveals how his outlook on nutrition has changed since his boxing career. Plus, the 10-time world champion gives us a look into his current workout routine to stay fit at 50.

00:46 I have to work extra hard the next day. What staples do you have in your fridge? What's a must in my refrigerator?
00:53 Yogurts, I love egg whites tortillas Canada dry a lot of water. That's for sure a lot of water
00:59 You know flush everything out my pep though, because you know, sometimes
01:04 Sometimes I get a little bad piece of chorizo or something
01:07 But I see a ton of condiments on your door almond peanut butter creamy sauce make some sandwiches
01:12 Chick-fil-a sauce and put it on everything. I put tahini on everything simple chicken for the afternoon

01:25 What would we always find in your fridge my meal preps must be there have meal preps every week
01:33 Almost every other day love the chicken that is so fresh. It's marinated
01:37 Complemented with sweet potato fries or broccoli. It's well balanced. It has a little flavor, but it's so healthy for you

02:16 Something from my childhood that I still have to eat would have to be the the liver. I love liver with onions
02:23 What did you eat before a fight my pre-match meal?
02:26 I would have a little tiny piece of steak just a tiny one chicken and a lot of
02:30 Vegetables and like I said a lot of water like tons and tons the more water you can drink the better
02:36 Make sure that I'm light and lean and I don't want to feel sluggish when you're up in the ring
02:40 You want to feel very elusive and fast? Do you cook what's your go-to dish?
02:45 You have to have an air fryer. I can throw in some sweet potatoes in there rub them with a little oil
02:51 Throw a little salt maybe a little Tajin there to give it some, you know some flavor 20 minutes later

03:24 My favorite country to eat in has to be Mexico the tacos though the burritos. It's the mole and oh my gosh

04:32 Try to work out. I try to work out three times a week about an hour a day

04:41 hitting the speed bag
04:43 maybe running or
04:45 Or cycling how have your workouts changed over the years? Well, I do less of it. I try to be very effective

05:08 I trained up in the mountains in about 10,000 feet elevation

05:27 After that do the weights

05:31 Crucial for a fighter, especially if you want to be nice and limber and then
05:37 Lights out at 8 p.m. And just start to process every single day. What's your favorite part of working out?
05:44 Favorite part has to be the result transformation in your mind body and soul is pretty crazy. Do you have a trainer?
05:50 Yeah, one thing about me is that I have to work out with somebody else. I sometimes need that motivation
05:56 I need that push when I see somebody working out harder than me, then I can like step it up the adrenaline kicks in
06:03 So yeah, and it's fun working out with people with friends with family. What music do you listen to when you work out?
06:09 Gypsy Kings, I love the Gypsy Kings. They still motivate me till this day. So I I'm not gonna change what works
06:16 What are your fitness goals?
06:19 Just to keep feeling young
06:21 You know as much as I work out
06:25 whether it's five or
06:27 minutes or an hour a day for me, it's it's all about maintaining that discipline and
06:32 And just feeling young. How do you keep your mind fit? I keep my mind fit by working
06:39 I have so many projects that I'm working on right now. You know, it just keeps me keeps me alive
06:43 Keeps me motivated keeps me going
06:46 What's your favorite exercise? My favorite exercise of all time till this day. I love running. I love running
06:53 I can't run the way I used to but one of my trainers would make me put on combat boots
06:58 each combat boot would weigh about a pound pound and a half and I would just run for
