02:36 Make sure that I'm light and lean and I don't want to feel sluggish when you're up in the ring

02:45 You have to have an air fryer. I can throw in some sweet potatoes in there rub them with a little oil

05:44 Favorite part has to be the result transformation in your mind body and soul is pretty crazy. Do you have a trainer?
05:50 Yeah, one thing about me is that I have to work out with somebody else. I sometimes need that motivation
05:56 I need that push when I see somebody working out harder than me, then I can like step it up the adrenaline kicks in
06:03 So yeah, and it's fun working out with people with friends with family. What music do you listen to when you work out?
06:09 Gypsy Kings, I love the Gypsy Kings. They still motivate me till this day. So I I'm not gonna change what works
