00:00 Hi, I'm Chloe Townsend and I am from La Trobe and I am a wearable art artist.
00:06 I make wearable art based on different objects I find around in life.
00:13 This is my garment called Masks.
00:15 It is made from, completely made from recycled face masks that I collected myself.
00:21 I work as a support worker and I was wearing these face masks and I just could not bear
00:26 myself to chuck out so many per day so I collected them all up.
00:31 So I have cut up three different types of masks.
00:36 So this is my headpiece.
00:38 I have created it from lots of the nose bits from the face masks that I've ripped out and
00:46 this is all just normal masks that I have taken apart and created my own textiles from.
00:53 I've also created some matching shoes to complete my outfit.
00:58 So again I've just incorporated all the different types of masks into the shoes just to finish
01:04 it all up.
01:05 Bye!
01:06 Bye!
