00:00At about 11pm Tuesday evening a gold Holden Captiva was travelling on Hobart Road at Kings
00:08Meadows and struck two pedestrians who were walking along the footpath.
00:14The driver left the scene prior to police and emergency services attending.
00:20Police later located the driver.
00:22The driver was taken into custody for the purpose of a blood test.
00:26The driver was released from custody and investigations are continuing into the circumstances
00:31of the crash.
00:32It's very early in the investigation stage and we don't know at this stage what caused
00:39the crash.
00:40We don't believe the parties are known to each other but we're still in the early stages
00:44of the investigation.
00:45But we'd like everyone to drive with caution, we'd like people to be mindful of their speed,
00:51pay attention to the road and people moving around the road.
00:57Anyone with dash cam footage or CCTV footage or observed a gold Holden Captiva in the Kings
