02:11 Here, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., this was not part of my show initially, but it is now,
02:16 tweeted this out this morning. His father was assassinated and stuff. Joe, you kind
02:22 of remember that, I wasn't born yet, but I read it in a history book once or twice, it
02:26 was kind of a big deal when RFK was shot and killed.
02:30 So his son's running for president, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., is polling upwards of 20%
02:35 in some polls, which is significant against an incumbent president, and he's raising a
02:39 fortune. So I read this this morning before coming on the air and I thought to myself,
02:43 sounds to me like another government bullshit scam to me. He's asking for Secret Service
02:50 protection, which is absolutely legitimate at this point. And he got denied.
02:55 He got the double barrel, the double barrel middle finger. Apparently our DHS secretary,
03:01 this human piece of garbage, Alejandro Mayorkas, the one who's opened our border and destroying
03:07 our country piece by piece, said that he's determined Secret Service protection for RFK
03:12 Jr. is not warranted at this time. Let me just say first, God forbid something happens
03:17 to this guy. The USG is going to have to explain that, the US government under this corrupt
03:22 the crap Biden. And a second point on this, folks, listen, I did this for a living for
03:27 12 years, so no tool bag in the media is going to lecture me.
03:30 I have seen candidates with a far, far smaller, nearly insignificant footprint get Secret
03:38 Service protection far smaller than RFK. I mean, I can just tell you what comes to mind
03:42 right away. I did a protective assignment once for Bill Bradley, who was a senator from
03:47 New Jersey who did nothing. I think he dropped out after New Hampshire. He had the guy had
03:53 almost no momentum at all.
03:55 He started out all this fanfare and he was done. You're not going to give this guy raising
03:59 millions of dollars protection. Sounds to me like the Biden team made a political decision,
04:04 not a security one. If this guy gets hurt, they're going to have to answer questions.
04:07 You're hearing it here first. Oh, but he can get private security folks. He can. Private
04:12 security can't do what government security can. They can't. A lot of them can't travel
04:16 armed on planes. It is a big deal. It's a big headache getting the guns around. It's
04:20 a huge headache.
04:21 If something happens to this guy, this administration has blood on their hands. I don't typically
04:26 agree with Democrats on a lot of things. I agree with Robert F. Kennedy Jr. here. This
04:31 is absolute bullshit. The government should be embarrassed. All right, let's get to what

08:23 I wanna hat tip it first. As Julie Kelly pointed out, tyrant Jack Smith right now, he was the
08:30 head, keep this in mind, because they're protecting Obama too, Jack Smith, not just Biden. Jack
08:35 Smith was the head of the Department of Justice Public Integrity Section during the Obama
08:41 administration.
08:45 He didn't say squat about public integrity or issue any of these edicts or tyrannical
08:51 moves he's been doing against Donald Trump. When Hunter Biden was on the board of Burisma,
08:56 they are protecting Biden and Obama. Jack Smith was in the Obama administration back
09:03 then and knows about all of this. And anyone telling you the Obama team was unaware of
09:08 what Hunter Biden was up to, hat tip Julie Kelly, by the way.
09:12 Here, here's Jay Carney at the White House. Remember this guy, Joe, Obama's old press
09:17 spokesperson? This is so weird, Joe. The Obama team's gonna say, we didn't know nothing about
09:21 nothing, cuz you were asked about it and he was your answer.

09:31 in Ukraine. Is there any concern about at least the appearance of a conflict there?
09:37 >> I would refer you to the Vice President's office. I saw those reports. Hunter Biden
09:44 and other members of the Biden family are obviously private citizens and where they
09:52 work does not reflect an endorsement by the administration or by the Vice President or
09:59 President, but I would refer you to the Vice President's office.

10:42 very same question about Hunter Biden as all of this was going on.
10:47 When Jack Smith and other tyrants were working in the Department of Justice before after
10:51 enduring, right? They all knew, folks, they're protecting Obama and Hillary Clinton too,
10:59 just in case they need another bullpen pitcher. Watch yourself.

11:08 President's son joining the board of directors of this Ukrainian gas company. In particular,
11:15 I understand when the White House would refer this to the Vice President's office.
11:20 But does this building diplomatically have any concerns about potential perceptions of
11:28 conflict or/chronism, which is what you've often accused the Russians of doing?

11:39 >> Okay, but then so do you consider that the Russian oligarchs who control or the Ukrainian
11:46 oligarchs who control these, they're all private citizens as well, right?

12:00 there are concerns from this building about the perception of about how the Russians and/or
12:06 the Ukrainians would perceive the involvement of a son of the Vice President of the United
12:13 States in this, especially given the situation.

12:19 >> How do you see why Jack Smith has to come out of the bullpen? The Farah thing has them
12:27 frightened to death that Hunter Biden could go on criminal trial for being a foreign agent
12:34 unregistered, ropes them all in, folks.
12:38 Hillary Clinton in the State Department, John Kerry in the State Department, Jack Smith
12:43 and the DOJ people at the Public Integrity Section who knew Biden, Hunter Biden, Lisa
12:50 Monaco, all of them. Susan Rice, they all knew, folks. They had to know. They knew about
13:00 Biden, Joe Biden being a foreign agent.
13:03 They could all be called to give depositions. They could be called for the trial. Now do
13:09 you see why Jack Smith is so eager to make Trump go away? Jack Smith, the DOJ he worked
13:15 in is part and parcel of this whole Biden's a foreign agent scam. They need a distraction
13:21 and Jack Smith is the only one dumb enough to do it for him.
13:24 That's why they picked him. And by the way, just as a side note, the now fully corrupted
13:32 DOJ, third world type Department of Justice, which is a total disgrace and embarrassment.
13:40 They dropped the campaign finance charges versus the crypto guy, Samuel Bankman Freed.
13:45 Oh, he also donated, what I see, $90 million to Democrats.
13:50 It's like a joke. It's like a bad joke. It really is. It really is. So just to be clear,
14:00 Hillary destroys her BlackBerry's and server with a bleach bit program and hammers. Joe
14:07 Biden has mounds and mounds of classified documents despite no Presidential Records
14:11 Act exit ramp at all.
14:14 You've got John Kerry, Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, and Biden, who all knew about Joe
14:19 Biden taking millions of dollars from overseas countries, enemies of the United States. And
14:26 now then you got a donor who donates 93 million. None of them are being prosecuted, by the
14:30 way. The only people being prosecuted, Donald Trump, on a fake Presidential Records Act
14:35 and a superseding indictment where now they're saying, hey, we're entitled to the video in
14:40 your own house.
14:42 I'm gonna talk about this too. Of course it is. Because there I got a lot to say about
14:47 this Trump indictment. I'm gonna tell you what's really going on. I wanna keep the focus
14:51 on Hunter over the next few weeks as they want us to talk about Trump. But the Trump
14:55 story reflects so poorly on the scum we have in charge now that it's worth highlighting
15:01 how bad what they're doing to Trump really is.
15:03 I want you to pay very close attention to this segment I'm gonna play you. I don't usually
15:07 use, as Joe knows, more than one or two clips from an interview. But Comer was on Ted Cruz's
15:14 podcast, Jim Comer, Republican congressman investigating the Biden crime family. This
15:19 is an amazing appearance, because it explains why Jack Smith, again, had to save the day
15:24 for the Biden family.
15:25 Joe Biden is a foreign agent. Barack Obama knew it. Hillary Clinton knew it. John Kerry
15:32 knew it. This is a real problem. Biden was a foreign agent, and Obama is an accessory
15:38 to the crime, and the bank records will prove it. There is no way these bank records can,
15:45 the bank records are absolute evidence. You think the bank forged records?
15:50 You're suggesting to me the Hunter Biden bank records and the SARS weather forged? What
15:53 are you, an idiot? They are screwed. Remember a few weeks ago, when I discussed the importance
16:00 of suspicious activity reports at banks. These things are rare. The bank, if you go in and
16:06 deposit a million dollars and you've had a $10 balance, Joe Armacost is gonna get, they
16:11 call it a SAR, a suspicious activity report.
16:13 The bank is obligated by law to file that with the Treasury. Those reports go to the
16:17 Secret Service. I've read thousands of those, SARS, because we then have to investigate
16:23 cuz we do financial crimes. I don't know if you knew that. There's no better person to
16:27 talk about this than me. I've read thousands of these things, SARS. They always describe
16:32 what the bank thinks going on, is going on, money laundering, structuring, whatever it
16:36 may be.
16:37 Illicit businesses, narcotic sales, it describes in pretty good detail what they think might
16:43 be going on. I told you, the SARS on Hunter Biden and the Biden family are ridiculous.
16:51 You don't get a suspicious activity report unless you really screwed up. The Biden family
16:57 has hundreds of them. They are real documents about real bank records. If they were forgeries,
17:03 the Biden family would have sued the bank.
17:06 Here's Jim Comer on Ted Cruz's podcast talking about exactly this. This is just the beginning
17:11 of it. This is really important. Listen to this.
17:13 What is a suspicious activity report and when is it made? When does it occur?
17:18 I knew a lot about these cuz I was the director of a bank for over a decade. A suspicious
17:23 activity report is when the bank files notice with the Treasury cabinet that they suspect
17:28 their client has committed a crime. Doesn't mean they committed a crime. They have a strong
17:33 suspicion that a crime was committed, so it's to protect the bank as well.
17:38 So how frequently do these things happen?
17:40 Very seldom, despite what the Washington Post or in their defense of the Biden, they
17:44 say, well, everybody has a suspicious activity report. That is baloney. I was on a bank board
17:48 for ten years. I think we issued two over the course of ten years.
17:54 And how many were issued concerning Hunter Biden and Joe Biden and the Biden family?
17:59 Over 170.
18:01 Folks, I did this for a living. You could be a liberal, listen to my show, and you don't
18:07 have to respect me. You hate my guts. It's a free country. Hate who you want. I actually
18:11 did this for a living, not as a partisan, as a GS 1811 federal agent investigating financial
18:16 crime.
18:17 What Comer is saying is true. You have any idea how hard it is to get a suspicious activity
18:22 report generated on your bank account? You have to be structuring, depositing obscene
18:29 amounts of money, making check payments to criminals. There is no way to get a, so the
18:34 bank doesn't want to lose your business if you're depositing millions of dollars.
18:40 The bank doesn't want to bring regulatory heat its way. It doesn't want to file a SAR.
18:45 You have any idea what kind of a criminal you have to be to have hundreds of these things
18:49 filed? The Biden team is big time. That's why Smith is out of the bullpen.

20:16 of SARS. The suspicious activity reports filed on them. This is like impossible to do. The
20:22 paperwork is irrefutable. No banks going to file this thing falsely and take on especially
20:29 against a Biden team member. Here's Comer talking about how they funneled the money
20:35 through a business associate Rob Walker who then flushed the money out to the Biden crime
20:39 family take a listen. I use the Robinson Walker account because we subpoenaed that was the
20:42 first bank account we subpoenaed. Now who's Robinson Walker? Rob Walker was one of the
20:46 associates that they used to funnel money from China and then and Romania and then down
20:55 and launder it down to the Biden. So he's a guy that's doing business with Hunter and
21:00 Joe Biden. Yeah. Okay. We don't know what that business is. Yeah. They got a $3 million
21:04 wire from from China. So this so one wire $3 million $3 million. Now remember this account
21:12 never had much activity in it over the course of 10 years maintained around a 40 or $50,000
21:18 dollar balance. Then one day out of the blue, they get a $3 million wire from China. Wait,
21:28 I thought Joe Biden said in the debate that debate against Trump. If you remember that
21:33 they never did any business with China. Nobody got any money from China. So why is the bank
21:37 reporting a $3 million deposit to Rob Walker who then sends the money into a bunch of Biden
21:43 shell companies if they got no money from China? You again you think the bank is lying?
21:47 You better sue them. Matter of fact, I'm recommending Biden to you. If you think this is false,
21:51 you should sue them. I'm dead serious. You'd be entitled to millions in reputational damage.
21:55 Oh, you're not going to sue them. Oh, because it's real. Oh, you opened up the bank account
22:01 with a driver's. Oh, oh. Here's part three of this, how the money then got flushed to
22:12 a bunch of Biden shell companies. You know what shell companies are? They're companies
22:16 that don't do anything. They don't produce a product or a service. They only exist to
22:20 launder money. That's what a shell company is. Oh, and Biden had hundreds of these. Wow.
22:24 That's really fascinating, isn't it? Take a listen to this. It's just after 24 hours.
22:30 The next day they start wiring incremental payments to different Biden shell companies.
22:37 So how many Biden shell companies? And you know what that's called? When you set up a
22:40 bunch of shell companies for the sole purpose to launder money, that's called racketeer.
22:46 They take a third. Somebody else got a third. Then the Biden's got one point three million
22:51 of the three million. So the Biden's got one point three million dollars from the three
22:56 million from China, despite Biden insisting he's not in business with his son, never talked
23:01 to his son about business and they never got money from China.
23:04 Joe Biden sue the bank, sue that bank. But why hasn't he? Why hasn't he sued the bank?
23:12 Let's wrap this up. These are the shortest part, right? Here's Comer describing how the
23:17 wires that came into Walker and then to Biden, how those wires came from a Chinese Communist
23:22 Party connected entity. So basically, again, the president, United States, Joe Biden is
23:27 a foreign agent who's got a blackmail file this thick from the Chinese Communist Party
23:32 while they're threatening to invade Taiwan in World War Three.
23:35 No big deal, folks, nothing to worry about. Listen to yourself.
23:37 >> And they knew who they were. They said this is a politically exposed person. They
23:41 suspected some of these wires were coming from state owned entities. They said that
23:47 from some of the- >> Okay, so you're gonna explain that, what
23:49 that means. >> Communist government.
23:50 >> Yes. >> Is sending the money.
23:55 >> The Communist government of China owns our president. There are bank records. They're
24:07 not even remotely in dispute. Do you understand what I'm telling you? Please look at me for
24:11 a moment. The Chinese Communist Party owns the president of the United States.
24:16 >> Seems weird a little bit. >> So weird, Pee Wee, so weird. I swear to
24:22 protect and defend the false constitution of the Communist state of China, that should
24:27 have been Joe Biden's own. They bought him off like a cheap pinto from 1978. He's bought
24:34 off, he's owned. Now he's got an even bigger problem, Biden.
24:41 See why? Jack Smith, bring him out of the bullpen. Biden's got an even bigger issue
24:46 here. His son just admitted in court through his legal team that they took a $664,000 payment
24:56 from a Chinese Communist Party connected company, in addition to the bank records showing the
25:00 million dollar payment as well. Which is really strange because when Biden was in a debate
25:06 with Donald Trump, with Kristen Welker, whatever her name is, Biden said this about money from
25:13 China and no one in the media seems to wanna follow up.
25:16 Check this out. >> My son has not made money in terms of this
25:20 thing about, what are you talking about, China. I have not had, the only guy made money from
25:26 China is this guy. He's the only one, nobody else has made money from China.
25:33 >> That we are, all he had to say there, he said it right, Joe, it's not a joke. Cuz then
25:37 you know it's absolutely a joke. Do you understand the trouble this guy's in right now?
25:42 He's not in trouble legally, Merrick Garland and Jack Smith and the useful Soviet idiots
25:48 will continue to protect this guy, I have zero doubt about that. He's in political trouble,
25:53 which is all he cares about. And his son is now in legal trouble, now that the judge threw
25:58 the deal out.
26:00 That's not disputable, the judge threw the deal out, the judge was not signing off on
26:03 the deal. Is he gonna get rescued again by a DOJ parachute? Probably, but they've got
26:09 30 days to unscrew this thing. There's a couple of points too I wanna make about Jack Smith
26:15 coming out of the bullpen to indict Trump yesterday.
26:18 The superseding indictment included a few charges. They're going back to the same old
26:22 playbook they used with Bob Mueller, which is invent a crime. They invent a crime in
26:28 the case of say, Russian collusion, investigate the crime. And if Trump doesn't get down on
26:33 bended knee and kiss your ass at every opportunity over your invented crime, charge him with
26:38 obstruction. Joe, remember we talked about this?
26:40 This is their strategy over and over the Democrats. They love the obstruction of justice charge,

52:33 I need you to go back. I need you to go to Afghanistan. I'm like, why the hell you need
52:37 me to go to Afghanistan for? I'm like, I've already done a foreign advance. Usually don't
52:41 do one. I had done three at this point. You know, most agents don't have either one. I
52:45 did three. He's like, you're the only guy that can do it. I said, I'm reporting to Baltimore
52:50 this Monday. That's that's crazy because we already called Baltimore. We told him you're
52:54 sick. I'm like, dude, this is so crazy. But it turned out to be the greatest assignment
53:00 ever, man, flew over to Afghanistan under the guise of being a Defense Department official,
53:05 did this whole advance with a two star general. I think it was Campbell over there. I wanted
53:09 to coordinate with David Petraeus when he was the ISAF commander and got Obama in and
53:14 out of there. You know, it was crazy. It was like the craziest assignment ever, man. Spent
53:19 time in Bagram with the CIA and everyone. It was just a totally bananas assignment.
53:24 And then on the way out, we had to get out of there quick because after Air Force One
53:28 took off, they turned the lights on on the runway at night. So they were afraid that
53:31 some IDF would come in and direct fire. So to like get on this supply, this support plane
53:35 fast and we had to get an EOD guy and he was lost. Well, like, get on the damn plane. We
53:40 got out of there. We went like 90 degrees up. So that was the coolest assignment I ever
53:43 did in the Secret Service. Thanks, Kraken McGraw. And I just read the names, folks.
