00:32 from the supplier of the Bunena Multipurpose Cooperative was illegal.

00:36 The suspended officials are the Department of Agriculture Assistant Secretary, Christina Evangelista,

00:42 DA Administrative Officer, Eunice Biblianias,

00:45 DA OIC Chief Accountant, Lolita Jamela,

00:48 FDI Vice President for Operations, John Gabriel Trinidad III,

00:51 and FDI Budget Division Head, Juanita Lualhati.

00:54 Based on the document, there is violation of the procurement law.

00:58 The oversight of the selection of the cooperative is insufficient,

01:01 and the 50 percent advance payment was done unquestionably.
