00:25 Their rain has been unbearable, just like the other barangays. Some even got wet.
00:31 But some residents refused to evacuate.
00:34 This family chose to stay in their jeep.

00:41 "I don't want to stay here anymore. We are tired of this."

00:47 "Because we have too many cargoes."
00:49 According to the PDRRFO, San Simon is among the most affected by the rain in Pampanga.
00:54 It is also affected by Macabebe, Masantol, Candaba, and San Luis.
00:58 The traffic was also affected by the NLEX motorists in the northbound lane.

01:04 The rain has to be stopped because almost half of the road is in the upper part.
01:08 In some parts of Pangasinan, transportation is also difficult because of the rain.

01:16 The roads in Tagupan City are also flooded.

01:24 The LGU is doing everything to solve the flood.

01:44 More than 500 families were evacuated to the evacuation center.
